On Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) Wilayah Persekutuan hosted a memorable Iftar event at the AC Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Other notable attendees included Dr. Hjh Shahrum bin Ismail, Deputy Director (Medical) of Hospital Kuala Lumpur; Dr. Vasu Pillai Letchumanan, MMA Honorary General Secretary; and Dr. Sivanaesan Letchumanan, MMA Honorary Deputy Secretary. Representatives from prominent healthcare organizations such as Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Jabatan Kesihatan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur & Putrajaya, IHH Healthcare, Prince Court Medical Centre, and International Medical University also joined in.
The highlight of the evening was the presentation of a mock check worth RM1,000 to Pusat Jagaan Anak Yatim dan Saudara Baru An Najjah, represented by Puan Siti Hawa Adnan and En. Zuhairy Othman.
