Every group registration of 10 paying delegates from the SAME organization will be accorded one free seat for PCS 2023. Please contact Johnny at: mmawilayah@yahoo.com for manual registration. Full payment for the 10 delegates is payable by bank transfer or company cheque.

- No cancellation of registration is allowed. However, a substitute is welcomed, details to be advised latest one week before the event
- We reserve the right to postpone the event due to unavoidable circumstances.
- A full refund will be given if the event cannot be conducted, due to Government regulatory orders
