Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us (MMA Wilayah) and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase goods from us. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. By shopping with us, you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.

GENERAL

  1. For general and sales enquiries, kindly email us atmmawilayah@yahoo.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond to enquiry emails.
  2. All prices stated on our website are in MALAYSIAN RINGGIT (MYR/RM). All payments have to be made in MALAYSIAN RINGGIT. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE

  1. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item or correct pax before checking out as MMA Wilayah will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed.
  2. MMA Wilayah is unable to combine orders which were made after the order is placed. Please double check your order details before confirming the order.
  3. For discount code, please make sure to include the code before checking out for discount to be valid. No refund will be made for orders where discount codes are not entered at the point of purchase.
  4. Please note that by adding items to your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the items. Items are only secured upon submission of payment.
  5. All payments will be verified within 24 hours.
  6. Upon payment verification, orders will be processed by our Admin Department and will confirm your seats in any event via email, whatsapp or call within the next 3 working days.
  7. Customers who have at least one successful purchase from us will automatically be added to our mailing list.

SHIPPING

  1. No shipping available as all are events registration.

PAYMENT

  1. All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  2. All payments can be made through:
    • Manual Payment make payment manually via bank, CDM or manually open online banking and send us the slips via whatsapp or email
    • ipay88 (local payment gateway featuring Credit Cards, andInternet Banking such as Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam Online, PBeBank, Paypal, etc.)
  3. Payments are conducted through a third-party payment gateway, iPay88. MMA Wilayah will not be responsible for any technical errors that may arise during the payment process. However, we will do our best to work with you and iPay88 to reach a fair resolution.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

  1. We allowcancellation or refund, if the purchase is deemed error or registered wrongly, double-registered, or wrong information
  2. Please report within 3 days or no cancellation and refund is entertain.
